A new five-story, 24-unit building is coming to 944 Saratoga Street, next to Noyes Park.
Universal Hub is reporting that developer John Conley of Marlborough is proposing the development, which will include three studios, thirteen one-bedroom, and eight two-bedroom units. The ground floor would include a co-working space open to the public. It also has 11 parking spots.
The $10M project is expected to take 18 months after it is granted approval from the city. Steps will be taken to ensure flooding resiliency. You can check out the full plans here.
