East Boston Single Family Sells for $1.7 Million – Wowza

This is not your grandfather’s East Boston.
Mass Live recently posted a roundup of the 10 most expensive homes sold in Suffolk County, Jan. 28 – Feb. 3, and low and behold, there was one in East Boston!
“The sale of the single-family residence at 39 Princeton St. in East Boston has been finalized. The price was $1,675,000, and the new owners took over the house in January. The house was built in 1864, and has a living area of 3,277 square feet. The price per square foot was $511. The deal was finalized on Jan. 17.”
