It appears that two structures at 748-750 East Broadway and one structure at 65 L Street will be torn down to make way for a new four-story building with 9 units and a potential restaurant with 120 seats on the ground level.  You can check out the recording of a community meeting that took place back in January about this project here. 

The developer behind the this project is the same developer who proposed a new development and restaurant at H + Broadway.

Boston Landmarks Commission (BLC) received a complete application to demolish the two structures at 748-750 East Broadway and one structure at 65 L Street in South Boston, 02127.

We post each complete Demo Delay application to provide the public with information about proposed demolitions as early as possible in the Article 85 process. BLC staff has 10 calendar days from receiving an application to make a determination about historical, architectural, cultural, or urban design significance.
