A letter of intent was filed with the Boston Planning and Development Agency by National Development to build a 21-story, 265 unit building with retail at 323-345 Dorchester Avenue. Currently the site is now occupied with a single-story building with a parking lot.
National Development is also developing the Tatte Bakery project and acquired ten acres along Dorchester Avenue near Old Colony Ave.
