People have been wondering what would replace the 7-Eleven at H and Broadway.  Well, here’s the answer!

Developers are proposing a five-story, 14-unit mixed-use building at 555 East Broadway.  There will be 14 parking spots and ground-floor retail.

David Matteo, David Winick, Jr. and Giuseppe Arcari filed plans with the Boston Planning and Development Agency on Tuesday.  You can see the proposed plan here!
