The Rink at The Tall Ship

Introducing The Rink at The Tall Ship! Boston’s most iconic waterfront destination is about to make waves – this time, on ice.❄️⛸ Navy Yard Hospitality Group, in partnership with the Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport), is thrilled to announce the preview opening of The Rink at The Tall Ship, taking place this weekend, January 16. The preview marks the first phase of a new seasonal transformation of East Boston’s iconic waterfront venue. This initial soft launch offers guests an early look at the outdoor ice rink and select programming, with a full grand opening scheduled for February 11, 2026, when additional features, amenities, and experiences will debut.  Get all the details here!

Zine Making Workshop

Join the East Boston Public Library for a hands-on, creativity-powered workshop where art meets community and environmental justice action.  In this first part of Our Air, Our Stories Zine-Making Workshop, participants will explore the importance of clean, healthy air through collage, illustration, storytelling, and DIY zine creation. Whether you’re an experienced artist or totally new to zines, this workshop invites you to experiment, express yourself, and contribute to a collective conversation about the air we all share. Artwork created during the event will be collected and curated into a community clean-air zine, showcasing a mosaic of voices, ideas, and perspectives. It takes place on Saturday, January 24th from 2pm-4pm. Perfect for teens 13-18 and adults.  You can learn more here.
