Revere Beach Winter Wonderland

East Boston neighbors looking for a winter adventure won’t have to go far this February. The 3rd Annual Revere Beach Winter Wonderland returns on Saturday, February 7, 2026, bringing ice sculptures, food, and family-friendly fun to Revere Beach. From 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., world-class artists will compete in a professional ice sculpting competition held at the foot of the Markey Bridge. Visitors can cast their votes in the People’s Choice competition until 4:15 p.m., with winners announced at 4:30 p.m. The event also features a Winter Market running all day inside the SpringHill Suites with more than 20 vendors, plus a Chili Cook-Off from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. A $10 entry includes chili tastings and a chance to vote for a favorite. Adding to the magic, guests can enjoy photo ops and entertainment throughout the day, including a Snow Queen stilt walker, a Snowflake skater, and appearances by Anna and Elsa.

Let’s have some fun!  Boston Family Days are back!

Boston Family Days is an extraordinary public-private partnership between the City, corporate and philanthropic partners, and 23 of the City’s leading cultural institutions to help Boston school-aged children feel at home in places that can expand their learning and show them the world. Through Boston Family Days, all students who live in Boston (grades K-12 and Boston Pre-K) and two guests can explore many of the City’s cultural institutions for free on the first and second Sunday of each month until December 2026. In addition, Boston students and their families also have free access to live performances at Boston’s premier venues. Students who are registered for Boston Family Days will receive ticket reservation links and instructions from the City before the performances.  Get all the details here.

Opening Reception at AWG for a New Show: Origins

Atlantic Works Gallery is pleased to present ORIGINS, a group exhibition showcasing the newest members of our gallery: Jonathan Peña Tabares, Chris Chou, and Clyde D’Mello. Through painting, collage, and experimental mark-making, the exhibition explores identity, migration, memory, and the emotional landscapes we carry with us as we move through the world. The Rink at The Tall Ship

Introducing The Rink at The Tall Ship! Boston’s most iconic waterfront destination is about to make waves – this time, on ice.❄️⛸ Navy Yard Hospitality Group, in partnership with the Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport), is thrilled to announce the preview opening of The Rink at The Tall Ship, taking place this weekend, January 16. The preview marks the first phase of a new seasonal transformation of East Boston’s iconic waterfront venue. This initial soft launch offers guests an early look at the outdoor ice rink and select programming, with a full grand opening scheduled for February 11, 2026, when additional features, amenities, and experiences will debut.
