DCR Bird Migration Banding at Belle Isle Marsh

Stop by and connect with master bander / @massdcr Stewardship Research Biologist Sean Riley ( @newburyowls_ ) at Belle Isle Marsh Reservation from April 20th – April 24th.  Sean will be banding spring migration birds out of the Research and Education Center (the red shed) each day 7am-12noon, weather dependent. Learn about this important research, the steps taken (weighing, measuring, identifying gender and age…), and how this research contributes to conversation efforts. Please leave pets at home. For all ages. No registration required. Pop by anytime during the time frame.

Celebrate Dia de los Niños at VRCC
