Floral design Kayla Gould had ordered some gorgeous flowers for an event and then COVID-19 happened and the event was canceled. So instead of doing nothing with the flowers, Kayla reached out to Loco to create this beautiful installation. She even left some bouquets out front for neighbors to take home.
Suddenly this gloomy Wednesday got a little brighter thanks to Kayla!
