More than 50 cars decorated with American flags, well wishes and birthday greetings, rolled past Compass on the Bay on Columbia Road in South Boston for Ottavio’s 99th birthday! Ottavio is a proud WWII Veteran, a Purple Heart recipient and a resident of Compass.
This event was organized by the City of Boston’s Office of Veterans Services.
