Looking for dog owner after resident was bitten
On Wednesday, May 29th, a resident was walking along East Eighth Street between P and N around 5:15pm with her dog when she encountered a young woman running with a Golden Retriever*. The Golden went after the resident’s dog and ended up biting the resident on the leg. This resident is desperately trying to contact the woman who was running with her dog to see if the dog has rabies vaccinations.
The woman who was bitten is a middle-aged woman who was walking a hound mix. So if you’re the young woman with the Golden Retriever, you’re asked to reach out.
You can message caught in Southie through email – [email protected]
*The resident believes it was Golden Retriever but is not 100% sure.
Image is a stock photo – not actual dog involved in the incident.
