On Monday night, Anna from Rino’s posted a message on social media with a strongly worded message to rude customers who mistreat staff members.
“I will not allow you or anyone to walk through my doors and disrespect any of my staff, any one of them! Twice with in a week, my host was verbally attacked from angry customers who just couldn’t get their way. My staff are trained to do their job & follow rules.”

Which leads us to believe, a few customers were so bad, Anna had to resort to the following message:
Just a reminder, it’s always nice to be nice. You get more with honey than vinegar. Be kind to each other.
