Bldup.com is reporting that 428-444 East Third (including the Post Office) sold for $9,050,000.00.   The two parcels include a 3-story recently renovated 9-unit apartment building and 444 East 3rd, an 8,764 square foot single-story building on a 18,774 square foot site at 444 East 3rd. The United States Post Office (USPS) is the current occupant of 444 East 3rd and has been since 1966.  The PO is currently a tenant at sufferance.

No word yet what these parcels will be developed into.
