Martin’s Park Ship Lighting

Boston’s newest holiday tradition will be held on Saturday, November 30, from 4-6 p.m. in Martin’s Park at the Smith Family Waterfront. Located in the Seaport District and Fort Point neighborhoods, this fourth annual children’s celebration is hosted by the Friends of Martin’s Park and the Boston Parks and Recreation Department.

Go Green On Black Friday

The DCR is encouraging families to “Go Green on Black Friday” with free, guided hikes at four agency parks across Massachusetts on Friday, November 29. DCR staff will lead family-friendly hikes over trails that range between two and three miles. The agency also offers self-guided hikes at several state parks for visitors to enjoy.

Attend the Do Portugal Circus

The Do Portugal Circus, a family-owned, globally renowned traveling circus, is set to light up East Boston this month. Known for its acrobats, daring stunts, and vibrant performances, the Do Portugal Circus colorful circus tent will be up at 305 McClellan Highway from November 8 through December 1, bringing exciting shows each night.
