Coming Soon to the Neighborhood – Koro

Big news for East Boston food lovers—Koro is coming to the neighborhood this spring, bringing fresh, high-quality sushi and Japanese-inspired bites to the local dining scene led by Chef Harold, bringing 16 years of experience in sushi restaurants, a personal chef, and cooking classes. Koro promises a menu packed with expertly crafted rolls, sashimi, and ramen, all made with top-notch ingredients. We will post more details as they arise!

The City of Boston Office of Housing Stability will host a legal clinic for is for SMALL LANDLORDS and TENANTS to speak with attorneys, a landlord mediator, and Office of Housing Stability staff on Thursday, March 27th from 5:30pm-7:00pm at the East Boston Public Library.  You can register here.

Revolutionary Harbor: Seaweeds of Boston Harbor and Beyond

Hear from an expert about the rich diversity of seaweeds, including dense kelp forests and fields of calcified red algae that reside in the Boston Harbor. What exactly are these slimy marine organisms and how important are they to the environment in our backyard? PhD student Curtis Morris will guide guests through an exciting lecture on kelp forest ecology on Thursday at 6pm in Fort Point. Register here.
