The Point is hosting a Beach Yoga + Breakfast event on September 1st! This All levels Flow class pairs the soothing influence of the water with calming yet energizing asana practice. You will move through a series of poses, guided by your instructor, that are intentionally sequenced to realign the body, reset the nervous system, and settle the mind. Yoga Mats are welcome, beach towels are just as appropriate, and some yogis practice without either, preferring the soft texture of the sand. We will meet at the left side of the beach where the grass and sand meet. (Thurston Street side). Stay after class for breakfast and community! Reserve your spot here!
