South Boston Traffic Advisory – PAX East
PAX East at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center Expected to Impact Local Traffic – South Boston
From Thursday- Sunday, March 28-31, 2019, Reed Exhibitions – Penny Arcade Expo East 2019 (PAX East) will be taking place at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC). This event has a large number of local and regional attendees who are expected to impact traffic in downtown Boston, and especially around the South Boston Waterfront.
Attendees and employees of area businesses are encouraged to take public transit, with easy access from the Silver Line’s World Trade Center Station. If you cannot take public transportation, please plan to allow extra time for your commute, especially during the peak travel times listed below.
Attendees of PAX should note that parking at the BCEC is limited and the lot will fill quickly; once the lot fills attendees will be directed to various overflow parking locations throughout the South Boston Waterfront.
Again, attendees and employees of area businesses are strongly encouraged to take public transit.
