Seeking a neighborhood hero: woman saves a man’s life in East Boston, family would like to know her identity.

On Saturday, April 11th, near Sammy Carlo’s Deli, a cyclist suffered a heart attack. A woman, out for a morning run, stopped to check on him and immediately called 911, saving the man’s life.
