MBTA Police Arrest a 56 Year Old Repeat Offender on the Blue Line for Lewd Conduct
Good grief.
On August 8th at 10am, MBTA transit police arrested a 56-year-old- male who committed a lewd act on the Blue Line at Beachmont and Maverick.
According to Universal Hub via East Boston Municipal Court records, Francis Costa, Jr. was scheduled for arraignment on Wednesday on a charge of open and gross lewdness, subsequent offense.
