Man arrested in NH after dragging a Mass State Trooper in East Boston

According to the Citizens app, a Massachusetts State Trooper was hospitalized after being dragged by a car in East Boston early Thursday morning. The driver was later apprehended by New Hampshire State Police. The trooper is expected to recover fully.
Boston25 is reporting that the driver has been identified as 27-year-old Binit Bikram Shah of Raymond.
