La Union Market in Eastie will be selling liquor in addition to beer and wine

According to Universal Hub, the Boston Licensing Board granted La Union Market, located at 105 Chelsea St., a license to sell hard alcohol in addition to the beer and wine it is already selling.
At a hearing, the attorney for La Union owners Hector and Beatrice Reyes said selling liquor, in particular products from El Salvador and Colombia will allow them to cater to Latino families.
This request for a license received over a 100 letters of support from the community.
