BPD Missing Person Alert: The Boston Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in efforts to locate 61-year-old Elba Portillo, of East Boston.
Portillo was last seen at about 9:30 AM, on Friday, December 13, 2024 in the area of Marion Street after leaving for work on Meridian Street. She did not show up to work. She has gone missing in the past and likes to sit along the waterfront in East Boston. She is reported to suffer from insomnia and potentially early stages of dementia.
She is described as an Hispanic Female, about 5’03”, approximately 140 lbs., light skinned, brown hair, with brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, purple sweatpants, and a crossbody brown purse.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is advised to contact 911 or Area A-7 Detectives at 617-343-4234.
