BPD Missing Person Alert: The Boston Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in efforts to locate 29-year-old Jeffrey Cooper of East Boston.
Jeffrey was last seen on Tuesday, July 11, 2024, in the area of Border Street. He was last seen wearing a green “B” baseball cap, a white Red Sox jersey, blue jeans, and white sneakers. Jeffrey has previously gone missing and was located in the Fenway area. He is described as a black male, about 6’02”, approximately 170 lbs, black hair, brown eyes, and wears eyeglasses. He has a developmental disability and is known to frequent train stations and ride the MBTA. He is also known to walk around the Massachusetts Avenue/Northeastern University area, Kenmore/Fenway area, and the Downtown/Mass General Hospital area.
