BPD active scene in the South End – right over the bridge
BPD is telling residents to avoid the area of Albany Street and East Berkeley Street and Malden Street. The scene is active due to a report of a person with a gun.
SWAT members are also on scene. For the past several hours there has been a standoff at Rotch Field between BPD and the person in question.
