Buckle up, Eastie — a nor’easter is blowing into town tonight and she’s not messing around. Forecasters are calling for up to two inches of rain and wind gusts hitting 50 mph across Southern New England, including right here in the neighborhood.
The storm is expected to roll in late Wednesday night and hang around through Thursday, so maybe skip that patio drink and keep the all-weather gear handy.
The silver lining? The worst of it should be long gone by the weekend, with just a few spotty showers and cool temps before things start looking brighter for Memorial Day. Stay safe and stay dry.
