Al Gorevzny – WWII Veteran passed away
Al Gorevzny, Southie resident and WWII veteran passed away on Saturday. Family friend, Deb Putnam posted the sad news via Facebook:
Al’s home was destroyed in May from a 7-alarm fire on Douglas Street. Al was 94-year-old and could often be found enjoying a meal at The Seapoint Restaurant. Rest in peace, Al.
