311 Report of the Day – Why are so many non-residents taking up parking spots near the Belle Isle Marsh Reservation

One ticked-off East Boston resident filed a 311 report with the City about the whole parking situation on the East Boston side of the Belle Isle Marsh.
According to Universal Hub, the situation is on Bennington Street – you can see the sign here. See below:
Continuous parking at Bennington Street, Revere border. Closest to 1399 Bennington Street, after the entrance to Belle Isle Marsh Reservation. These vehicles are likely all Revere residents. No oversight here, still residential parking up to the Revere boundary.
Resident is hoping the City of Boston will starting enforcing parking restrictions.
