When a group of gents decided to smoke some cigars in front of L Street Tavern on Saturday afternoon, one resident filed the following 311 report:

We love the City of Boston’s suggestion to help remedy the problem – close your open window.

As much as we think that this report is a joke, remember this 311 report?
