New Exhibition at Atlantic Works Gallery: Realist(STATE)
Atlantic Works Gallery is excited to announce Realist[STATE], a solo show of work by Walter Kopec, from July 3-25, 2026.
If you are looking for something to do to kick off your July 4 weekend, please stop by the show opening on Friday, July 3, from 4-7 pm! The artist will also be at the Gallery on Saturday, July 4, from 2-6 pm.
AWG is located at 80 Border Street, with free parking. It’s also a short walk from Maverick Station. Make a day of it in Eastie — beautiful parks, stunning views of Boston, and great restaurants. Kick off the summer with art! It would be great to see you.
Regular gallery hours throughout the exhibition are Fridays and Saturdays from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, or by appointment.

About Walter Kopec
With roots in wordplay, puzzle-making/solving, and letterform manipulation representing the duality of language, the sculptural work seeks to comment on issues of contemporary and timeless relevance and the follies of the human condition.
