The South Boston Leadership Initiative and Boston Centers for Youth and Families – Curley Community Center have once again partnered to host a summer long Youth Fitness Program to be held at M Street Beach. Ripped By Regan – an 8 week summer bootcamp for young adults begins on Tuesday, July 5th! This non-nonsense down and dirty workout is taught by none other than Thomas Regan of Regan’s Motivated Fitness. Monday- Friday mornings – Group 1 (ages 15-18) from 7:30am-9:00am -Group 2 (Ages12-15) from 9-10:30 am.
Thanks to the South Boston Leadership Initiative, Save the Harbor/Save the Bay and the DCR, this program is FREE for all South Boston residents!
