EBO Grocery to Close Meridian Street Location After Five Years in Eastie

Some bittersweet news from Eastie. EBO + Co Grocery has announced it will not renew its lease at 110 Meridian Street after five years in the neighborhood.

Owner Alexis Cervasio shared that the decision comes as EBO continues to evolve, including the growth of Fruit Bowl Travel and its connection with East Boston Oysters. While the grocery store location will be closing, East Boston Oysters will continue with its supper clubs, private events, oyster-shucking experiences, and more.  Make sure to sign up for the newsletter!

EBO Grocery will be closed August 23rd through September 1st and will reopen September 2nd for one final month filled with oysters, croissants, caviar, wine, parties, and special events. Its final day at 110 Meridian Street will be during the last week of September.

And it sounds like this isn’t goodbye completely! Alexis teased that there is more good news coming for Eastie and that EBO isn’t going away entirely.
