True New Englander: Trillium Brewery
Just in time for shoveling snow, Trillium Brewery will be rolling out the release of their new double IPA called True New Englander! This beer salutes “all of the bona fide New Englanders out there – those who are brave enough to take on a long, Nor’ Easter shoveling session….” The can appropriately has a shovel and a beach chair – no doubt referencing the time honored tradition of saving a parking spot after a snow storm in Boston!
This double IPA features the new Sabro hop from the Pacific Northwest. Notes of pineapple, lychee, mango and other complex flavors. They’ll also be giving way a very limited edition 16oz True New Englander koozies to keep your hands warm while your beer stays cold.
The official release debuts on Monday, January 21 beginning at 11:00 AM at the new Trillium Restaurant and Brewery at 50 Thomson Place in Fort Point.
