Twice is nice!

Karen Akunowicz — chef and owner of Fox & the Knife – will be opening another restaurant in the neighborhood!  Bar Volpe will feature Southern Italian cuisine – think seafood, vegetables and of course, pasta!

According to Food & Wine, the 5200 square foot restaurant will feature a wood fire oven and a glassed encased pasta shop! The exact location of the spot has not been announced but in the article Akunowicz does say its “blocks away” from Fox & the Knife – which could mean a multitude of potential spots – but maybe the old Backyard Betty’s?  That space is about 5200 square feet…..
