According to a licensing board hearing page on the City of Boston website, Cibo would like to open complete with a bar with a beer, wine, and liqueur license.  The manager listed is Michael Norton who is the owner of the building.  Back in June of 2019, Norton proposed a change of occupancy at from restaurant with takeout to restaurant with takeout plus seating for 35 people, beer, wine, music and tv. Back in May of 2018, Tasty Burger caught on fire, suffered $150,000 in damages.
