Fire at Wood Island Blue Line Stop on Monday

Boston firefighters responded to the Wood Island Blue Line stop around 11:25am on Monday for a fire in the exhaust pipe of the room housing an emergency generator.
Firefighters were able to quickly put out the fire, and the MBTA didn’t report any delays on the Blue Line – how about that!
