In celebration of spring, the East Boston Public Library is featuring a Seed Library! Located by the adult section, alongside the Therapy Cards, you will find the card catalog that has been repurposed as a seed holder! Visit Atlantic Works Gallery
Atlantic Works Gallery is open on Friday and Saturday from 2pm-6pm for the Winter Show. Atlantic Works Gallery is located on the third floor of a warehouse building on the edge of Boston Harbor in East Boston. As such, it has some of the most dramatic views of any exhibition venue in all of Boston. We also have an outdoor sculptural space along the back of the building and adjacent pier. The Boston Parks and Recreation Department, in partnership with the Boston Public Health Commission (BPHC), has announced the launch of the 2024 Boston Parks Winter Fitness Series. This program is sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and offers free virtual classes from January 7 through April 6 including Afrobeats Dance, Cardio Kickboxing, Chair Yoga, Dance Fit, Strength and Balance, Strength and Conditioning, Yoga, and Zumba.
