311 Report: Something stinks on Byron Street in Eastie

Universal Hub is reporting that an Eastie resident filled out a 311 report for a terrible smell on Byron Street.
Burning chemical or some type of smell in the Byron street area in East Boston. Someone is burning something in the area 3 to 4 nights a week. The smell is different from a fire pit. It lasts all night and even smells in the morning. All windows have to be closed. Neighbors are complaining about burning eyes, coughing, and the poor air quality. This usually starts around 6:30 pm and the smell is still around until the morning. This cannot be healthy for anyone especially elders and children.
If you live in the neighborhood, can you smell it too?
