BPD asking the public for help to identify a suspect in a aggravated assault

BPD Community Alert: Detectives assigned to District C-6 (South Boston) are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the suspect in the images below in connection to a recent aggravated assault that occurred at about 1:14 PM on Tuesday December 13, 2022, in the area of 85 Southampton Street in Boston. On arrival, officers located an adult male victim suffering from non-life-threatening stab wounds. The victim was transported to a local area hospital for treatment.

The suspect was described as a black male wearing a dark colored camouflage jacket, dark pants with a light-colored sweatshirt wrapped around his waist. Responding officers searched the area to no avail.
