Car Crash at L + 6th on Thanksgiving Night

BFD, BPD and Boston EMS all responded to call around 8:15pm on Thursday for a car crash with a person trapped inside near the corner of L + 6th. The car collided with a parked car and then flipped over. BFD was able to free the person who was stuck inside. Streets were closed down for a short time to clear the scene.
No one was hurt in this crash. This intersection is a notoriously dangerous intersection and perhaps lights or a four way stop signed should be installed.
City Councilor Ed Flynn has recommended a 12 Point Safe Streets Plan a few year backs after several tragic car crashes in the neighborhood.
