Downed Trees + Power Lines in the Neighborhood

Thanks to the nor’easter currently whipping through the area, there are many trees, tree branches and power lines that are down. If you have any in your neighborhood, the City of Boston is encouraging you to use the 311 app. If you see down power lines, assume the wires are live and stay away.
