BFD Dive Team on recovers drowning victim at Pleasure Bay on Thursday night.
UPDATE: BFD, State Police and BPD responded to call on Thursday afternoon for two people struggling in the water in Pleasure Bay. One person was rescued and the second person’s body was recovered round 7:30pm. According to CBS Local, that drowning victim has been identified as Joao Alves Teixeira, 19, of Boston.
The Boston Globe reported the swimmers are brothers in their teens and the brother who drowned suffered some sort of medical episode.
