We’ve seen the crowds at M Street Beach. We’ve seen the complaints on 311 and the community bulletin boards. M Street Beach seems to be the center of controversy this summer. There was the bathroom situation. From the outside looking in, there is little mask wearing and even less social distancing. As the COVID-19 pandemic continues and a heat wave is upon us, what’s a neighborhood to do?
