If you saw all the BPD, BFD and EMS racing to the West Fourth St. Bridge on Wednesday afternoon, it was because of reports of a person in the water.

According to the BFD twitter feed – an adult male was recovered by firefighters around 1pm and Boston Police were on scene to investigate.

More to follow. Usually “recovered” means deceased  – just waiting on confirmation.
